I've been working in social media since before Instagram even had Stories (that's almost 10 years for those keeping count!).

When I’m not on my phone or laptop, you can find me exploring, striking up a convo with a stranger, getting lost in a good book, trying a new wine bar or vineyard, traveling to new places, or experimenting with gluten-free recipes in my kitchen.  My friends all joke that I’m always taking pictures on my phone… but, my 50,000+ plus photos and I don’t know if we agree.

This blend of real-world experiences and digital expertise fuels my passion for authentic social media storytelling – creating meaningful connections and sharing content that brings joy and inspiration to our online communities.

Making social media “HAPPY” again is her motto! Born and raised in a small town in New Mexico, Jayci’s love for social media and business quickly grew! She pursued a bachelor’s in business and marketing, followed by her MBA.

Along with her experience in business she brings an overwhelming sense of joy to the table. When she is not working you can find her binging Law + Order SVU, listening to pop music (Taylor Swift mostly!) and hanging with her husband and dog.

With her signature motto "let's do the damn thing” Penny brings unstoppable enthusiasm and creativity to social media management. A Jersey girl at heart, she unexpectedly fell in love with social media and content creation, discovering it was the perfect outlet for her creative spirit and love of learning about new businesses.

When she's not crafting engaging content for clients, you'll find her living her best coastal life - soaking up the summer sun at the beach or out on a boat. During the off-season, she's happily hibernating with her two English Bulldogs,  binge-watching her favorite shows, and dreaming of warmer days. A work-from-home enthusiast with wanderlust in her heart, she's working on making her snowbird dreams a reality while helping businesses shine on social media.

A former educational assistant turned business creative, Brittany brings calm and ease to the lives of busy entrepreneurs.

She excels at helping clients make sure their social media is optimized and that all systems are set up to provide a comprehensive and engaging experience for all account visitors. 

Based in Ontario, when she disconnects from her phone she loves spending time spoiling her dogs, self-development, travel, and a good DIY project.

A seasoned social media manager with a B.A. in Marketing, who brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to our team. With over 15 years as a teacher, she expertly applies her knowledge of learning to create engaging, impactful content. When not crafting compelling posts, Liz hosts vision board workshops, helping business owners master the art of visualization and brain rewiring. This Long Island native can often be found horseback riding, at pilates, and spending quality time with her two children.
